Where do deleted photos go?
Photo Sift moves them to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for 30 days. Nothing is erased permanently by this app.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Photo Sift Pro. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.

How the app works

Photo Sift finds duplicate, similar, blurry and oversized photos in your library. All of this analysis runs on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your photos are never uploaded, transmitted or copied to any server, and the developer never sees them.

Photo library access

The app asks permission to access your photo library. This access is used solely to read images for analysis and to delete the photos you select. You can withdraw permission at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security.

What is not collected

Subscriptions

Photo Sift Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is processed entirely by Apple. The developer receives only anonymous, aggregated sales reporting and no personal or payment information. Your purchase is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from any user, regardless of age.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected or stored, there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase. If you have questions about this, you are welcome to get in touch.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
