Photo Sift does not collect your data. Every photo stays on your device.

Questions, problems or feedback? Email photosift@yahoo.com and you'll get a reply within a few days. Mention your iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong.

Where do deleted photos go?: Photo Sift moves them to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for 30 days. Nothing is erased permanently by this app.
How do I restore a purchase?: Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?: Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Photo Sift Pro. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.

How the app works

Photo Sift finds duplicate, similar, blurry and oversized photos in your library. All of this analysis runs on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your photos are never uploaded, transmitted or copied to any server, and the developer never sees them.

Photo library access

The app asks permission to access your photo library. This access is used solely to read images for analysis and to delete the photos you select. You can withdraw permission at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security.

What is not collected

No account or sign-up is required
No analytics, tracking or advertising identifiers
No crash reporting to third parties
No contact details, location or device identifiers

Subscriptions

Photo Sift Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is processed entirely by Apple. The developer receives only anonymous, aggregated sales reporting and no personal or payment information. Your purchase is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from any user, regardless of age.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected or stored, there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase. If you have questions about this, you are welcome to get in touch.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

Vragen, problemen of feedback? Mail naar photosift@yahoo.com, je krijgt binnen een paar dagen antwoord. Vermeld je iOS-versie en wat je aan het doen was toen er iets misging.

Waar blijven verwijderde foto's?: Photo Sift verplaatst ze naar Recent verwijderd in de Foto's-app, waar iOS ze 30 dagen bewaart. Deze app wist nooit iets definitief.
Hoe herstel ik een aankoop?: Open het abonnementsscherm en tik op Herstel aankopen. Zorg dat je bent ingelogd met het Apple Account waarmee je het abonnement hebt afgesloten.
Hoe zeg ik mijn abonnement op?: Open Instellingen, tik op je naam, dan Abonnementen en kies Photo Sift Pro. Opzeggen tijdens de proefperiode betekent dat er niets wordt afgeschreven.

Hoe de app werkt

Photo Sift zoekt dubbele, vergelijkbare, wazige en grote foto's in je bibliotheek. Die analyse gebeurt volledig op je toestel, met de frameworks van Apple. Je foto's worden nooit geüpload, verzonden of gekopieerd naar een server, en de ontwikkelaar krijgt ze nooit te zien.

Toegang tot je fotobibliotheek

De app vraagt toestemming om je fotobibliotheek te openen. Die toegang wordt alleen gebruikt om afbeeldingen te analyseren en om de foto's te verwijderen die jij selecteert. Je kunt de toestemming op elk moment intrekken via Instellingen, onder Privacy en beveiliging.

Wat er niet wordt verzameld

Geen analytics, tracking of advertentie-identificatiecodes
Geen crashrapportage naar derden
Geen contactgegevens, locatie of apparaat-identificatiecodes

Abonnementen

Photo Sift Pro wordt verkocht als automatisch verlengend abonnement via In-App Aankopen van Apple. De betaling verloopt volledig via Apple. De ontwikkelaar ontvangt uitsluitend anonieme, geaggregeerde verkoopcijfers en geen persoons- of betaalgegevens. Op je aankoop is de standaardlicentieovereenkomst van Apple van toepassing.

Kinderen

De app richt zich niet op kinderen en verzamelt van geen enkele gebruiker gegevens, ongeacht leeftijd.

Je rechten

Omdat er geen persoonsgegevens worden verzameld of bewaard, is er niets in te zien, te corrigeren, over te dragen of te wissen. Heb je hier vragen over, neem dan gerust contact op.

Wijzigingen

Wijzigt deze verklaring, dan verschijnt de nieuwe versie op deze pagina met een nieuwe datum. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden ook vermeld in de release notes van de app.
